Chantelle is a result and solution oriented business attorney with extensive appellate, legal writing, and research experience that leads to the resolution of claims well before trial.

Chantelle earned her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While at UF Law, she received several distinctions for her legal writing and ability to draft persuasive and moving briefs. Namely, Chantelle was the recipient of the Book Award in Legal Drafting and the CALI Award for Race and Criminal Law, both of which recognize the highest scoring student in each law school class. She also served as Executive Articles Editor of the UF Journal of Law and Public Policy and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. After graduating, Chantelle obtained a prestigious judicial clerkship at the Fourth District Court of Appeals, where she served as the Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan A. Forst. In that capacity, Chantelle assessed cases on appeal before the Court, before ultimately providing a memorandum of legal analysis to the Court with a recommendation. This included review and analysis of appellate briefs and record; conducting legal research; drafting bench memoranda; and conferencing with the panel of judges prior to court conferences.

After leaving the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Chantelle moved to Miami, where she defended claims against corporate clients and insurance carriers. Chantelle now joins Pardo Jackson Gainsburg & Shelowitz with experience in all stages of litigation.
