Miami – Nov. 15, 2023 – Pardo Jackson Gainsburg, PL is pleased to announce that Paul A. Shelowitz and Ronald A. Kriss have joined the firm from Stroock’s Miami office.
Shelowitz, a business and real estate litigator, joins as a name partner, changing the firm’s name to Pardo Jackson Gainsburg & Shelowitz, PL. Kriss, a real estate/corporate lawyer, joins as senior counsel.

Shelowitz is known for his expertise litigating complex business and real estate cases on behalf of investors, property owners, developers and Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. He has successfully tried cases relating to fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, negligence and breach of contract.
Kriss concentrates on commercial real estate and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in distressed property, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales and joint ventures. He has handled some of South Florida’s largest commercial foreclosures and single tenant leases.
